Visibility is off unless you choose to join.
This is separate from the Mayor's private census. Joining creates a private management key in this browser; only that key can edit or remove this listing. Clearing your browser data loses that key; the public listing expires within 30 days. Don't use your real name if you prefer privacy.
The Mayor may remove inappropriate listings. Public names do not prove ownership of any resident identity.

v0.7.8.1
October 17, 2026
Town Hall separates opinions from actual decisions.
The daily polls remain, but now only original, specially scheduled elections can create permanent town decrees. Completed decisions cannot be recycled.
Daily polls: Still count town-wide votes and award eligible residents 25 NB. They are advisory, not binding.
Special elections: The next consequential election will be announced in Town Hall, including its date, choices, and possible outcomes. Completed special elections are never recycled.
Existing results: The October 17 cone decision stands. October 18’s repeated cone ballots and rewards remain, but do not create another decree.
Gazette and map: Official election coverage stays visible, and the first cone's protected status is now marked.

DEPARTMENT OF DAILY BUSINESS
A new problem. Every day.
Daily civic polls keep the town talking and pay the usual 25 NB stipend, but are nonbinding. Separately scheduled special elections can permanently affect town history. Each special proposal has a unique docket and is never recycled. One ballot per browser key per UTC day; votes remain anonymous in public totals.
TODAY'S DOCKET
Loading today's municipal emergency…
Stand by while we locate the town clerk.
Daily polls are advisory. Special elections are uniquely scheduled and never repeat.
📊 HOW NOWHERE VOTED
Counting the ballots, assuming we can find the box…
Option A0 votes
Option B0 votes
Every ballot is automatically added to anonymous town-wide totals. Public neighbor listings are separate.
OFFICE OF IRREVERSIBLE MUNICIPAL CONSEQUENCES
What the town actually decided.
The clerk is retrieving the results of uniquely scheduled special elections.
The municipal record is being located.
Voting is optional, but each submitted ballot is counted automatically in anonymous town-wide results. Town Hall must confirm a new ballot before it is saved or earns the 25 NB resident stipend. If the office is offline, retry later; previously saved votes retry automatically. Results remain unverified—separate browsers can cast separate votes. No account required.
Every fictional resident gets a free plot. Each day something unnecessarily dramatic happens on it. Make one decision, earn Nowhere Bucks, and improve your plot.

Every purchase remains yours. Display favorite pieces in the landscaped grounds; when you display more than nine, the rest are shown in an organized collection annex. Storage and rearranging are always free.
Storage is unlimited and free. Display choices travel with newly generated recovery codes. Your purchases and wallet are never changed by rearranging.

MUNICIPAL HARDWARE STORE
25 improvements of dubious value.
Expand your property with 25 items across five departments. Fictional collectibles only—no real payments or deliveries.
25 questionable items
Your collection and balance save on this device and in newly exported recovery codes.
No account or payments required. Property progress remains on this browser unless you export a new recovery code. If browser data is cleared without that code, the progress may be lost. Property IDs are not globally unique or official ownership records.
Pick a nickname and receive your official job, address, and open investigation. Your resident record will be saved on this device.
Use a nickname if you like. When you create or restore a resident identity, Town Hall records its nickname, resident ID, and visit dates in a private census by default. No email or login is required. You can turn off census check-ins under My Identity; public neighbor listings always require a separate choice.
Our civic algorithm has been vetted by a man who once successfully assembled an IKEA bookshelf. We trust him completely. Your assignment is saved on this device unless browser storage is cleared.

🔐 Protect your resident.
Keep a recovery code somewhere outside this browser. It contains your resident identity, property and optional cave progress, and you can restore those records if this device loses them. Anyone holding the code can copy that progress.
Recovery files include the local resident record, property and optional cave progress. They do not transfer browser-only award, founder, or public-directory management credentials. Keep the file private.
🏛️ Private town census
Your resident nickname, ID, first and last recorded visits, and distinct visit days are recorded privately for the Mayor by default. No email, contact details, or payment information are requested. This does not put your name on the public neighbor board.
Uncheck to opt out and request removal of this browser's census record. If you used the same identity on another browser, that browser's record may remain until you opt out there too. The census measures only recorded residents, not a verified total population.
Checking census preference…
Keep this code private. It restores locally saved progress, but does not prove identity ownership to the town server or transfer device-specific awards.
🔐 Optional security passport and advanced recovery
OPTIONAL · SECURITY PASSPORT
🔐 Add a recoverable security passport
A passport proves control of a new server-issued key, not ownership of older resident IDs, NB, property, or titles. It does not replace your existing NWR3 recovery file. No email or account is required. Your present progress stays on this browser.
No security passport enrolled on this browser.
Passport ID:
Save this new recovery key in a safe place. It is displayed only now, is not included in NWR3 codes, and will be replaced if used to recover. Do not share it.
Have an existing passport and recovery key?
First prepare and save your NEW recovery key. Then confirm activation. Recovering disables every old passport credential and recovery key. If the connection fails, retain BOTH old and new keys until status is confirmed. Local resident, cave, property and NB progress must still be restored separately using NWR3.
OPTIONAL · VERIFIED PARTICIPATION RECEIPTS
📜 Daily ballot receipt pilot
This opt-in pilot records daily votes and two new server-confirmed activities. Receipts are not spendable NB, do not increase your wallet, and do not prove ownership of older property, missing-item records, or legacy NB. The separate normal property and missing-item games continue unchanged.
This experimental feature is not enabled.
🔎 New server-confirmed missing-item pilot
🏠 New server-confirmed property inspection pilot
Private Municipal Verification
Connect this resident to your office
Use the one-time claim code generated after signing in to your private office. Codes expire after 10 minutes and can only be used once. Do not share the code.
This verification is for this browser only. It is not copied into ordinary recovery codes. Other residents do not need accounts.
👑 Founder verification active
This browser is linked to the verified founder's office.
🎖️ The Department of Accidental Recognition

Received an award code? Redeem it here to add an official (but entirely imaginary) title or trophy to this resident.
No account required. Award credentials are saved only in this browser and are not part of ordinary recovery codes. Save your code privately until you redeem it.
A free fictional character generator, not an account, purchase, or official residency. This browser's assignment can disappear if its data is cleared. Resident IDs are provisional, not centrally registered or guaranteed unique.
